Emotional Healing
Would you like to receive support from someone who can relate to what you're going through? Having previously suffered from symptoms of depression and trauma for over 20 years. I know first hand that you can't just snap out of it and the devastating impact it can have on every area of your life.
My name is Donna and I have 20 years experience working with private clients. I opened Newquay Therapy Centre ten years ago and during that time I have helped 1000's of individuals overcome a wide range of challenges and emotional issues. I also teach practitioners, so I hold a wealth of knowledge around mental and emotional health, trauma, depression, overwhelm and dis-empowerment. I have gone very deep into what causes these things at the root and developed therapeutic approaches, programmes and courses to help others understand the cause of why they experience these challenges and struggles.
My therapeutic approach is very gentle and I will start by creating a safe space and help you understand depression or trauma in a way that you may not have had it explained to you before.
When I work with you, we will be looking at clearing symptoms at root cause level, meaning that you can begin to rebuild your life without having to carry the weight of unprocessed emotion and overwhelm.
I will also equip you with a number of tools that will help you manage your own stress levels moving forward so that you can manage stress and develop healthy patterns which is really important to prevent relapse.

I have a big bag of tools and practice a number of different modalities, including talking therapy, coaching, NLP, energy psychology, hypnotherapy and ASM.
The sessions will include talking and exploring your issues as well as cutting edge techniques designed to move or process out the energy or the emotions that are keeping you stuck.
During our first session we will explore and discuss what tools or therapeutic interventions will be most suitable to help you with your specific needs and I can answer any questions for you around how this will work.
I have a very successful track record of treating emotional issues and we can make huge shifts in as little as six sessions.

Therapist Support
As mentioned above I have been training practitioners in a range of modalities for over 8 years.
I feel very strongly that therapists also need support. When we take on this type of work we hold a lot of responsibility for other people and it is extremely important not to neglect our own mental and emotional health.
I offer a number of services to support therapists from something as simple as monthly check-in sessions to full therapeutic support programs. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss how I can support you with your emotional health.
Improving therapeutic practice
I also support therapists to re-design their therapy practice, including creating new programs, courses, classes and so much more. I share my 20 years experience to help therapists and facilitators improve their practice and create exciting new offerings.
